Bridge Baker is a neighbourhood bakery and food store with a simple desire to make great bread, cakes and treats and serve them in a welcoming and contemporary setting, reflecting the community they serve. Bridge Baker’s motto of “think global, eat local” ensures that they produce authentic products from all over the world with everything made from scratch, on site. From bottling their own jams, to slow-fermented bread & pizza and hand rolled croissants, Bridge Baker takes pride in redefining the term ‘artisan bakery.’ Bridge Baker was named ‘Best Place to Eat’ and ‘Best Independent Business on the High Street’ in the 2019 Hammersmith & Fulham Brilliant Business Awards just six months after the bakery first launched on Wandsworth Bridge Road.
Cocomelon is a family-run business with a passion for high quality organic produce and vegan health foods. Situated on the bustling Wandsworth Bridge Road, this colourful and cheery store sells a huge and exotic selection of beautifully displayed fresh fruit and vegetables and much more. Fulham neighbours will agree with us that it is well worth skipping the supermarket queue for Cocomelon’s excellent quality fruit and vegetables and supporting this wonderful local business.
La Pizzica Deli
La Pizzica Deli has been bringing Southern Italian culinary delights to Fulham since 2009, with many of their products sourced directly from Puglia. La Pizzica also has a very popular Fulham restaurant, which was transformed into an Italian grocery store in just two hours when it had to shut because of the Covid pandemic. Gianluca, who owns the business with his two brothers, Rocco and Ivan, said “the sense of community is so important, we were all in the same boat" - they felt it was important to help get groceries to the neighbourhood at a time of unprecedented demand. La Pizzica’s Deli and restaurant are immensely popular in the neighbourhood and we’re delighted to be working with such a passionate and committed team bringing the very best Italian produce to Fulham.
Nature’s Delight was founded in 2020 by Marton Simko and Adam Francourt, both of whom have accumulated fantastic knowledge of the food and drink world having worked for companies such as Natoora and Wholefoods market. They decided to set up Nature’s Delight to create their version of a people-first place to shop with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They sell a curated selection of high quality produce, including seriously good fruit and vegetables, cooking ingredients from small specialist suppliers, locally baked granola and a great selection of cheese. With an emphasis on seasonality, Adam and Marton also make their own jams, chutneys, salads, soups and healthy juices and smoothies, all of which is available to buy through Neighbourhood Pantry.
This local, independent family-run business opened its first store on Fulham High Street in September 2020 and the second shop on Wandsworth Bridge Road in early 2021, offering a combination of convenience and specialty products from both popular established brands and smaller independent suppliers. Planet Plenty is where you can get an organic loose lemon, Rude Health almond milk, a box of lemon chai vegan biscuits, Reblochon de Savoie French cheese and a delicious bottle of wine for any occasion, all in one shop. We’re so pleased to be working with this innovative and exciting new brand, which brings an impressive offering of food and drink to our neighbourhood.
You’ll often see a queue of people outside this local favourite, which is well established in the Fulham community and sells some of the finest organic meat in SW6. The team at Randalls are experts in their field, with over a century of knowledge of the trade going into the business. Provenance is key to owner Roberto, who only sources top quality, free range meat from local farmers, whose animals are grass-fed and raised in a sustainable and ethical manner. Randalls sells a large variety of meat, from steaks, sausages and burgers to fresh stocks, homemade pies and readymade meals to take away. They also put a lot of love into perfecting their own marinades and will happily share helpful tips on how best to cook different meats for maximum flavour and enjoyment.
Ta'Mini Lebanese Bakery
Ta’mini (meaning ‘feed me’) is an independent Lebanese Bakery run by Lebanese husband and wife, Ali and Nermin. Ali is from the North or Lebanon/Tripoli and Nermin from Beirut. They brought the divine Ka'ak Lebanese street-bread to London, starting their journey in South West London on Fulham Road. This is where they bake authentic Manakish, Ka'ak, Arabic cookies and lovingly make their freshly prepared hummus pots and salad bowls, daily. Like you, the Ta’mini team cares about what goes into their bodies, which is why there are no nasty additives in the food they make. They also pride themselves in using only Lebanese ingredients.
Tacco was born when two friends, Marco and Gianluca - real food lovers with heaps of experience in food and wine - were sitting around a table discussing how difficult it was to find the true flavours of their sun-kissed land - Puglia – in London. Tacco means ‘heel’ in Italian and nestled between the Adriatic and Ionian Sea lies the captivating region of Puglia, also known as the ‘Heel of Italy’s boot’. Selling a range of 100% Apulian products, Marco and Gianluca have selected the very best producers in the region, people who still respect the traditional methods of processing nature’s raw materials, thereby giving the highest quality results. Tacco is an absolute must try, a true Apulian experience. From incredible Italian wines, cheeses and cured meats to fresh pasta and sauces, the produce is sensational.
The Bottle Shop
The Bottle Shop sells a curated range of craft beers, wines, champagnes and spirits. Owner, Nimesh has lived in Fulham for most of his life and is a big fan of the area, saying “I love Fulham and the family vibe that you get round here is amazing.” Nimesh is passionate about his customers' interaction with the products he sells; his shops are open plan and feature window art on the exterior, which is designed to make the shops more inviting and less intimidating. He even has a stool so customers can come in and have a chat. We love the Bottle Shop's passion for what they sell and their customer centric approach and we're thrilled to have them onboard as a partner store.
