You may cancel your Contract with Neighbourhood Pantry prior to receiving the items you ordered and receive a refund if you let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel the Contract, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. We will email you to confirm that we have received your cancellation.
Should you wish to cancel any longer than 24 hours after placing your order, we will be entitled to charge you in full for the amount of your order, subject to your rights to return ‘Dry’ non-perishable products set out in this Refund Policy.
When you shop online you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 14 days in the UK (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller. Perishable goods are not covered by these cooling-off periods. If you wish to return any 'Dry' non-perishable products, please notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will arrange with you for non-perishable goods to be returned to our relevant retail partner and we will credit your payment card with the price of such goods (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card). Returns must be received in their original condition, untampered.
Please note that we can only accept the return of 'Dry' non-perishable products - we cannot accept returns of any fresh products.
If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send an image of the damaged product along with your order number and an explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item, at our discretion. In the event that a replacement is issued there will be no additional refund.
All items come from small, independent local stores and are subject to availability. Just as you may experience when you go shopping, we may find that an item is out of stock when we go to handpick your items. You will be fully refunded for anything that is unavailable at the time we go to pick your items from each store in accordance with our Terms of Service. You will be notified of your refund before the rest of your order is delivered. If you have any questions about missing items, please email email@example.com.
