French Baguette


Bridge Baker’s baguettes are slow-fermented and made with traditional French flour, which yields a creamy interior and an open irregular crumb, with a crusty outside.  Possible to freeze whole. Defrost in the fridge and put back into a hot oven (220C) to heat through and crisp for about 10 minutes. Bridge Baker’s baguettes are sugar free and fat free.
