One of Bridge Baker’s best-selling breads. Full of broken grains and seeds (no nuts), this is a typical German loaf, dark but soft, in a tin shape and coated in oats, sunflower seeds, linseed and sesame seeds for extra flavour. Excellent for hearty sandwiches, served with cold meats, jams or toasted for breakfast. Sliced, it freezes very well. Bridge Baker’s bread is sugar free and fat free.
