La Tua is a London-based family business with a passion for making authentic Italian pasta. It prides itself on being an authentic “Pastificio”, making fresh pasta from scratch using premium ingredients and following the most traditional Italian recipes.
This pasta has a very high free range egg content (30%) and is made with a special blend of 00 and durum wheat flour, which holds cooking very well. The filling is made with roasted beetroot and delicious French goats’ cheese. Suitable for freezing.
