Tagliatelle is a traditional type of pasta from the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions of Italy. It is made using only premium quality Italian durum wheat and 00 flours with a high free range egg content (30%). This pasta has a light and silky texture and takes only four minutes to cook. It maintains its shape and bite exceptionally well during cooking. It is a very versatile pasta and can be paired with all kinds of sauces. Suitable for freezing.
