La Tua is a London-based family business with a passion for making authentic Italian pasta. It prides itself on being an authentic “Pastificio”, making fresh pasta from scratch using premium ingredients and following the most traditional Italian recipes.
This pasta has a very high free range egg content (30%) and is made with a special blend of 00 and durum wheat flour, which holds cooking very well. The delicious and creamy filling is made from scratch in La Tua's London kitchen by cooking whole spinach leaves with a bit of garlic then adding fresh Ricotta cheese and Italian grated cheese. Served with olive oil and parmesan or tomato sauce. Suitable for freezing.
