La Tua is a London-based family business with a passion for making authentic Italian pasta. It prides itself on being an authentic “Pastificio”, making fresh pasta from scratch using premium ingredients and following the most traditional Italian recipes.
This pasta has a very high free range egg content (30%) and is made with a special blend of 00 and durum wheat flour, which holds cooking very well. The filling is made fresh premium beef, slowly cooked with red wine and vegetables, and tasty black Summer truffles from the Umbria region in Italy. Try with béchamel and mushroom sauce or simply with olive oil and parmesan cheese. Suitable for freezing.
