Reflets de France Reblochon de Savoie AOPA is a French soft washed-rind and smear-ripened ripened cheese made in the Alpine region of Savoie from raw cow's milk. Known for its superb melting quality, with a flavour-packed taste, it is traditionally used in the Alpine dish tartiflette, a gratin of potatoes, bacon and onions.
