The Bridge Baker team makes everything from scratch onsite, daily. Your bread is freshly baked in the (very) the early hours of the morning of your delivery with only ever the finest natural ingredients - free of sugar, additives and any nasties, and suitable for vegans.
Bridge Baker's sourdough is slow-fermented (for over 24 hours), made in the traditional French way using natural levain. It has an open irregular, slightly sour, nutty texture and contains no commercial yeast. The Dark sourdough bread contains 35% rye flour.
Choose one loaf - sliced or unsliced - or two loaves - one for now, one readily sliced to pop in the freezer (it freezes very well!) and enjoy later.
